All About The Weather

To better understand the weather, it takes technology and weather terminology to fully grasp the whole perception of the weather, not just in your area or state but other states and countries as well.
You are to visit the following links:
1. Keep notes and be able to determine how the weather is forecast across the country. Jot down examples about how other states compare to Florida's weather.

2. Explain how winds occur.
3. Compare and contrast the 4 kinds of fronts that occur when air masses meet.
4. Infer about the difference in barometer pressure.
Note: You will be graded based on an in-class quiz and essay in which you will be allowed to use any notes or information collected from your research. Also, be sure to start this activity at least one week in advance. Do not wait until the last minute to do your research.
