"Drippy" & the Water Cycle

The water cycle is an important process that keeps planet Earth healthy. We have been studying about this process in the Land & Water Science kit and stream tables.

 


 

You will be going to a cool Internet site to read about “Drippy the Raindrop.” Follow the pointing hand to read the entire story about “Drippy’s” adventures. Pay attention to the different places “Drippy” travels.

 

After reading the story you will have a task to complete, so read carefully.

 


 

Your task is to draw and label a diagram outlining the Water Cycle. You should use pictures and the vocabulary words listed below. In addition, below your diagram write a paragraph or two describing what would happen if water never evaporated. Please review your diagram and writing. I will be looking for the Water Cycle to be labeled correctly and the writing piece to be your best work.
