about mahetc 2008
...this conference started out in 2005 when a group of educators wanted to help others gain  handheld specific skills without traveling across the country... since 2005 this endeavor has grown and expanded to help educators in more than handheld technologies.... our conference attracts local, regional, and national presenters and attendees.... this year's conference will offer hands-on 2-hour workshops (included with the registration price), and 50 minute concurrent sessions on web 2.0 technology, mobile technology and much, much more...come check it out - you will be happy you came!

Costs: The cost of this year's MAHETC are as follows:
 - Full conference (2 days of workshops, concurrent sessions, lunch, door prizes) - $100.00

 - "Pick Your Day" (1 day of workshops, concurrent sessions, lunch, door prizes) - $55.00

Group discounts are available to groups of five or more. Contact us for more information.

The event is sponsored by Seaford School District, Wicomico County Public Schools, and Salisbury University (Maryland), and the event will take place July 24-25, 2008. Please note that this is not a pre-conference/conference event. Both days will be filled with a "one-of-a-kind" smorgasbord of sessions and workshops.
