Honors Social Studies!
State Social Studies Standards
While much of what we do will be similar to the regular course, we will look more in depth at the material, utilizing more primary sources and analyzing complex questions with greater focus, emphasizing written expression in the form of a weekly essay.
In addition to the regular course work, we will also be reading and discussing two books, Profiles in Courage by John F. Kennedy and To America by historian Stephen Ambrose.
