Grew up: Magnolia, DE a town of about 300 people.

Family:     Parents (father is an earth science teacher of 39 years, mother is a nurse), older sister, wife, animals

Education:     HS: Caesar Rodney HS     

BA: University of Delaware, history education and political science

MI: Instruction, Secondary Social Studies University of Delaware (in progress)

Currently live: Seaford, DE

Started Teaching: Fall 2006, Seaford Middle School

             Michael Keith McKain was born on April 23rd at 2:45 in the afternoon in Milford.  He was 7 lbs 12oz and 20 inches long.  He's a cutie already!

    Our dogs, Athena (on the left), a JackChi (Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix) with a crippled foot and Ray (on the right), an

Australian Shepherd.  We also have one cat, an old, all white cat named Snowball (left).  Finally, we have a Chinese Dwarf Hamster whom I have dubbed Spamela Hamsterson.
